Do I need an account? No. Healti works from the first launch. Create an account in Profile if you want to back up your log and restore it on another device.
How are my targets calculated? From the age, sex, height, weight, activity level and goal you enter in setup. Change them any time in Profile.
Where does food data come from? Barcode and search results come from Open Food Facts, a public food database. You can always enter a meal by hand.
How do I delete my data? See Delete your account.
